Returns & Exchanges


Customers are required to inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible and, in any case, within 48 hours of delivery.

If any defect is detected in the products or if there is any issue related to the delivery, including incomplete delivery, incorrect items or missing products, the customer must notify us in detail by email at info@atikajewels.com within this timeframe.

If no notification is made within the specified period, the products will be considered fully compliant with the contract and free from any visible defects that could reasonably have been identified upon inspection. In such cases, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the products.

Customers must refuse delivery of any parcel that arrives visibly damaged or shows clear signs of having been damaged during transit. ATIKA will not be held responsible for parcels that show visible damage and have been accepted by the customer upon delivery.


Returns


Customers may request a full or partial return of their order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, at no additional cost.

To request a return, customers must contact us at info@atikajewels.com, stating the order number and the items they wish to return.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with all original packaging intact.


Shipping incidents


If any incident occurs during shipping, such as loss or damage to the parcel, ATIKA will either replace the affected item at no additional cost or issue a refund for the damaged, lost or undelivered product.

If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery details during checkout, such as an incorrect address or postal code, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping or re-delivery.

While most orders are delivered within approximately 24 to 72 hours from dispatch, delays may occasionally occur during periods of high shipping volume or due to circumstances beyond our control. An order will be considered delayed if 7 calendar days have passed since dispatch and the delivery has not yet been completed.

In such cases, ATIKA reserves the right to either resend the merchandise or refund the corresponding amount.
