By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
ORDERS
Products available for purchase are displayed on the Website together with their main characteristics, price and availability.
Before completing an order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct your order details, including the products selected, delivery address and payment information.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
PRICES
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Where applicable, taxes are included in the price shown.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We may update our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. ATIKA does not store full card details.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched from our London warehouse using DPD Next Day Delivery.
Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping. For orders under £50, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Once dispatched, DPD Next Day Delivery will usually deliver the order on the following working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by bank holidays, peak periods, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is lost, damaged in transit or not delivered correctly, please contact us at info@atikajewels.com and we will investigate the matter with the courier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Additional reasonable delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
RETURNS AND RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
For online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact info@atikajewels.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
After notifying us of your decision to return an item, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Returned items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or fit, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
PERSONALISED AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are made specifically to the customer's requirements or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned or cancelled for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Hand-painted pieces that are pre-designed and offered for general sale remain subject to our standard returns policy.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@atikajewels.com with your order number and photographs where relevant.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.
REFUNDS
Where a return is accepted, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds promptly after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, the refund will be made in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices shown on the Website are accurate.
Because some ATIKA pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished, small variations in colour, texture, brushwork or finish may occur. These variations form part of the character of the product and are not considered defects where they are consistent with the product description.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs and written content, is owned by or licensed to ATIKA unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK law.
We will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
