These General Terms and Conditions regulate the contracting and purchase of products through the website https://www.atikajewels.com (the “Website”), owned by Atika Jewels LTD (hereinafter, “Atika”).
By placing an order, the consumer and/or user (hereinafter, the “Client”) declares that:
• They have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• They have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in full.
• They assume all obligations set out herein.
Atika only sells to persons of legal age in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms shall remain valid indefinitely and apply to all purchases made through the Website. Atika reserves the right to modify these Terms, product listings and prices at any time. Such changes shall not affect orders already confirmed prior to publication. Clients are advised to review these Terms before making any purchase.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to use the Website lawfully and to provide accurate personal and delivery information. The Client is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data.
The Client agrees to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. In case of breach, Atika may suspend access to services and take appropriate legal action.

Atika undertakes to comply with all obligations set out in these Terms.

The contracting language shall be English.
PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
These Terms govern the purchase of products offered on the Website. A binding contract is formed once the Client completes checkout and receives order confirmation.
ORDERING PROCESS
Clients may purchase products as guests or by creating an account.
Products are displayed with descriptions and prices. Availability is shown on each product page.
To place an order:
- Select product(s) and add to cart.
- Enter shipping and billing information.
- Review order summary.
- Complete payment.
An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.
PRODUCTS
Each product page displays key features, pricing and applicable offers.
All offers will clearly indicate promotional pricing where applicable.
PRICES
Prices are shown in GBP (£) & EUR (€) and diferent currencies depending on the locations.
Where applicable, VAT is included in displayed prices.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
Atika reserves the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
PAYMENT METHODS

Atika does not store card details.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Client.
Estimated dispatch times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
Atika is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or recipient absence.
If delivery is delayed beyond reasonable timeframes, the Client may request cancellation and a full refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Shipping costs vary by destination and are shown before payment.
NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
If a Client does not receive their order within a reasonable period after dispatch confirmation, they must contact info@atikajewels.com. Atika will investigate and provide updates.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled by contacting info@atikajewels.com with the order number.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control. Performance will resume once such circumstances cease.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Clients have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods, without providing a reason.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless the product is defective.
Exceptions include:
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Goods inseparably mixed after delivery
• Digital content once execution has begun with Client consent
To exercise the right of withdrawal, Clients must notify Atika by email including:
• Full name
• Order number
• Product description
• Statement of withdrawal
Clients then have 14 additional days to return the item.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received or proof of return is provided.
GUARANTEES
Products are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, Clients are entitled to repair, replacement, refund or price reduction in accordance with UK law.
