This is how your piece is made.
FROM DESIGN TO MOLD
Every ATIKA piece begins with sketches, proportions, and 3D development.
Once the original model is defined, custom molds are created by hand.
This is where the design takes its first physical form.
WAX INJECTION AND CASTING PREPARATION
Molten wax is injected into the molds, carefully extracted, cleaned, and assembled into casting trees.
Each piece is checked by hand to ensure precision before moving into the casting phase.
POST CASTING CARE
Once casting is complete, each piece goes through a deep cleaning process.
Ultrasonic treatments and additional silver baths clean the metal and enhance its natural finish.
From here, the piece moves into its final hand finished stages.
HAND FINISHING AND FINAL POLISH
Artisans refine shapes, textures, and details by hand.
Stone setting, surface definition, and final polishing are done using precision tools and years of experience.
Here, each piece takes its final form.
