Shipping and returns
Where do you ship to?
For now, we only ship within the UK due to current regulations and shipping requirements. We hope to expand internationally soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all UK orders with DPD Next Day Delivery. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days, depending on the time the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times can occasionally be affected by bank holidays, peak periods or courier delays.

What are the shipping costs?
UK shipping is free on orders over £50.
For orders under £50, shipping rates may vary slightly depending on the courier and will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order until it has been prepared.
Once you receive the email “Your order is ready”, the order can no longer be cancelled.
How do I know if my order went through correctly?
If your order has been placed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you don’t see it, check your SPAM folder or contact us at info@atikajewels.com
What warranty do your pieces have?
All our products include a three-year warranty from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage, misuse or normal wear.
