EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, marks, odours or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may be refused or may have a deduction applied to the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Please take particular care when trying on jewellery, caps and clothing to avoid marks, stretching, perfume, makeup or other signs of use.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
