The customer must inspect the products as soon as possible within 48 hours after delivery of the order, and, in the event of observing any defect in the products or in the event of any other incident related to the delivery, including incomplete, erroneous delivery or non-delivery of one or more products contained in the order, must notify it in the most detailed manner to the email address info@atikajewels.com

If the customer does not give such notification within 48 hours of receiving the order, it will be definitively assumed that the products are, in all respects, in accordance with the contract and free from any defects that would be evident on reasonable examination, and consequently, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the products.

The customer must reject packages that are delivered damaged or that show signs of having been damaged during transport. Under no circumstances will Atika Jewels be responsible for a package that shows damage of any kind and has been accepted by the customer.

You may request a partial or full refund of your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it, free of charge. To request a refund, please contact us at info@atikajewels.com, indicating the order number you wish to return.

INCIDENTS

If any incident occurs during shipping, such as breakage or loss, don't worry. We'll replace the package free of charge so you receive it as quickly as possible, or we'll refund the amount for the damaged/lost/unreceived product.

If the customer makes a mistake when entering the delivery address during the checkout process, such as entering an incorrect postal code, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping or reshipping the order from the incorrect address to the correct address.

Although this is not a common occurrence, as all our shipments are typically delivered within 24-72 hours of leaving our warehouse, delivery delays may occur at certain times due to the high volume of packages handled by shipping agencies. A shipment will be considered delayed if it has been 7 days since it left our warehouse and has not yet been delivered.

In this case, our company reserves the right to replace the merchandise or refund the corresponding amount.
